The iconic BB&T Financial tower in downtown Winston-Salem, NC, owned by a private real-estate firm, was in desperate need of a solution for their leaking and deteriorated sloped metal roofs, curtain walls, and EPDM roofs. 

The roofs and walls were restored with the TritoFlex 2K synthetic rubber membrane, applied at over 130 wet mils in just one coat without any disruptive odors or overspray. It was then finished with a custom-colored TritoCryl 1K reflective acrylic topcoat. This system came with a 20-Year Renewable NDL Warranty with more coverage provided than any other manufacturer in the industry.
